IF YOU DISCOVER A DEFECT, PowerNotebooks.com WILL AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT AT NO CHARGE TO YOU FOR PARTS AND LABOR FOR 3-YEARS, PROVIDED YOU RETURN IT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, AND PROVIDED YOU OBTAIN A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

PowerNotebooks.com WILL NOT SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE United States of America (Other than Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses). For APO/FPO addresses you will pay the shipping and insurance both ways.

You must ship the products to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET PowerNotebooks.com’s DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN SIX (6) DEFECTIVE PIXELS (If the LCD screen is scuffed or scratched the defective pixel warranty on the LCD screen is void), AC Adapters and Batteries other than the original primary AC Adapter and Battery provided with the laptop (The original primary AC Adapter and Battery are only covered for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase), normal wear and tear and any cosmetic damage to a Product that does not affect functionality, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, damage caused by improperly packaging the warranted Product before being shipped in for repair, servicing not authorized by PowerNotebooks.com, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by PowerNotebooks.com.
